It works for you if you have:
Why couches
A sectional is heavy, awkward, and needs two people and a trailer. When someone moves house, they'd rather give theirs away than haul it. When someone needs one, they'd rather pay more than go and pick it up.
You stand in the middle. You collect what sellers can't be bothered moving and deliver it to buyers who can't be bothered collecting. That inconvenience is the margin. Small things are easy to flip, so everyone flips them and the margins are thin. Big, awkward things are the opposite.
If you're working full-time and still short every month, you don't need a new degree or a warehouse. You need a trailer for a few hours and someone to show you which couches are worth taking.
| Couch | Paid | Sold for |
|---|---|---|
| My first, a free pickup | $0 | $280 |
| Bryan's free pickup | $0 | $900 |
| Nick's five-piece leather set | $100 | $1,250 |
Bryan and Nick learned it in the program.
The program
Everything from finding the first couch to getting paid for it, plus the scripts, checklists and trackers I use in my own business.
Why big furniture pays better than small items, and the buyer and seller psychology behind every sale.
Source, negotiate, inspect, move, list, sell. The whole loop from an empty trailer to money in your account.
Marketplace, Kijiji, Craigslist, estate sales and move-out days. The alerts, filters and timing that get you there first.
Which pieces sell the next day, so your money doesn't sit in a garage.
The exact messages I send sellers, word for word, and when to push on price or walk away.
Check a couch over video before you drive: smell, stains, frame and cushions. No more wasted trips.
Moving big furniture without owning a truck, cheap storage, mileage tracking, and when it's worth scaling up.
My Google Sheets profit tracker, the QuickBooks setup, the bookkeeping routine, and what you can write off.
Messages, delivery scripts and review requests that turn one-off buyers into repeat customers.
Chat templates, checklists, listing copy, photo-angle guides, and the green-flag / red-flag furniture cheat sheet.
We set up your first flip together on a call. After that you can DM or email me directly. It's me who answers, not an assistant.
A few years ago I was renting and working 70-plus hours a week to provide for my wife and our baby. I'd cut every cost I could and I was still living paycheque to paycheque. Owning a home felt like a fantasy.
So I tested a hunch: if I took on the hassle of flipping big items, the profits would be bigger, faster and more reliable. I put a hitch on my car, borrowed a trailer, and sold a free couch for $280.
Then I went all in. I've since done over $960,000 in revenue and furnished thousands of living rooms, and I was pre-approved for a $750,000 mortgage with no cosigner on couch income alone.
The 6-Figure Sofa Slinger program is that system, laid out step by step.

The math
A typical flip nets $300 to $500. The program is $199. So the first couch you sell pays for it, and every one after that is yours.
That only works if you go and get the first couch. If you'll put in a few evenings and a Saturday, $199 is a small stake. If you won't, keep your $199.
Questions
No. I started with a hitch on my car and a borrowed trailer. For bigger pieces, rent a trailer or a U-Haul for a few hours, or pay a friend with a truck. At $300 to $500 a flip, that cost barely registers.
No. A garage is plenty. No garage? A small storage unit at $50 to $100 a month, or a friend's space, works fine. You only ever hold two to five pieces at a time.
That's who it's written for. The modules go in order: finding furniture, checking it over video, negotiating, moving it, listing it and selling it.
$100 to $300 for your first piece or two, and plenty of good couches are listed for free. You buy one or two at a time and reinvest, never a pile of stock.
Your first flip can happen inside a week: find it early in the week, clean it, list it, sell it by the weekend. How fast it goes after that depends on your market and your hours.
Yes. People move, upgrade and redecorate every month, and most of them don't want to haul a couch. I'm still flipping, and so are my students.
Most students start that way. You source on your phone in the evenings and do pickups and deliveries on your days off.
